As the Director of Clinical Operations (Dedicated Workplace Team), you will shape the strategic reputed company and execution for reputed company on-site clinical programs delivered to our employer partners. You'll report to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and this position is remote. What you’ll do: Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of leadership or management experience, with proven experience leading teams of 100+ people
  • 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, clinical operations, or EAP
  • Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN)
  • Demonstrated experience building and growing high performing teams that exceed key performance indicators

The reputed company reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $164,900 - $214,450, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the reputed company reputed company and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
