As the Director of Clinical Operations (Dedicated Workplace Team), you will shape the strategic reputed company and execution for reputed company on-site clinical programs delivered to our employer partners. What you’ll bring:

• 8+ years of leadership or management experience, with proven experience leading teams of 100+ people
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, clinical operations, or EAP
• Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN)
• Demonstrated experience building and growing high performing teams that exceed key performance indicators
