Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help Pharmavise expand its reputed company in the life sciences consulting industry. The BDM will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account acquisition, proposal writing, and business development reputed company the life sciences sector.   • Proposal Writing: Manage and prepare high-quality proposals for new business opportunities, collaborating with technical teams to align service offerings with client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Conduct competitive intelligence research to uncover trends and life sciences opportunities relevant to Pharmavise’s services.
  • Client Presentations & Discovery: reputed company client discovery meetings, reputed company tailored presentations, and showcase Pharmavise’s capabilities and value propositions. Assist in preparing demos, marketing collateral, and capability presentations that reputed company the company's strengths.

  • Team Management: Manage and mentor the Business Development team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and performs at a high level. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in the life sciences industry (pharma, medical device, biotech, or reputed company), with at least 2 years of experience in business development management. Strong experience in proposal writing and managing client relationships is highly preferred.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of the life sciences industry, with experience working with pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or reputed company clients.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial reputed company: A self-starter who is motivated by results and growth. Experience growing small businesses or startups is a plus.
