About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing reputed company. You will partner with the reputed company leader to build diverse pipelines of high-quality candidates, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for someone who loves research, networking, and connecting with people to help shape the future of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the reputed company leader to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sourcing or reputed company experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or high-growth company.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
