Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, reputed company reputed company Supply Chain Analyst to join reputed company and serve as the subject matter expert on contract and procurement compliance. This role is essential in ensuring our compliance with CPSR (Contractor Purchasing System Review) requirements, FAR/DFARS regulations, and reputed company applicable government contracting standards.   • Serve as the company's subject matter expert on contract and procurement compliance, with a primary focus on CPSR, FAR, and DFARS requirements
  • Monitor and interpret government regulations, providing guidance to reputed company, procurement, and program teams

  • Audit and review purchasing and subcontracting documentation to ensure readiness for CPSR and internal audits

  • Ensure contractual reputed company-downs are properly identified, understood, and executed across departments and vendors

  • Proactively identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Government reputed company, Supply Chain, or reputed company field (Master's or JD preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in a reputed company, procurement, or compliance role with DoD or government contractors
  • Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and CPSR readiness
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering compliance training
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with contract reputed company-downs, subcontract management, and internal controls
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office and government/compliance systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, SAM.gov, eSRS, PIEE) U.S. Citizenship required.
