Responsibilities

- Assist with the configuration and setup of software(s) to align with client specifications and business goals and needs

- Assist with regression testing releases, track issues, work with development and reputed company software updates

- Assist with business communications and addressing any issues that arise
- Daily support of applications from user requests to issues
- Ensure ticketing templates meet the business and user needs and have clear directions
- Create end-user training and maintain documentation for multiple applications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Payroll Processing Understanding (with Union experience) is a plus
- Exposure to Electronic Timekeeping Systems
- Previous Software Support to end users of system
- Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with reputed company (Viewpoint) or similar Construction ERP System is a plus
