We are seeking a Clinical Intake/Triage Nurse to join our rapidly growing team. • Licensed Clinical Psychologist or PsyD certified at the independent level with PSYPACT authority to practice telepsychology including the E.reputed company Certificate from ASPPB
• Three to five years of experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma and alcohol use disorder
• Experience treating individuals age 65 and older and individuals with behavioral and medical conditions

• Team player; maintains a high level of professionalism with members and team
• People oriented, relationship focused; experience with telehealth is desirable

PRINCIPLE DUTIES and ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct psychological and psychosocial assessments

• Deliver evidence based psychotherapy for alcohol use disorder, depression, and anxiety primarily in an older population (age 65 and over)
• Coordinate care among the interdisciplinary team and externally with other care providers and care managers
