Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the Field Project Manager to manage project milestones, financial reputed company, procurement, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion while acting as the first line of communication with customers and "our customer's best service provider." • Establish project milestones and analyze costs; Exposure to financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to reputed company timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine the impact on the project; adjust or correct project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.

• Act as “our customer’s best service provider” by providing timely updates on projects, quickly addressing concerns, customer calls, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance.

Qualifications

• HS/GED and / or College degree, trade school or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 1+ years call center, reputed company or administrative experience.
• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Basic financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.

• Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring the highest level of service.
