• Communication with Providers
• Prior Authorizations
• Financial Assistance experience that includes: grants, foundations, co-payments, copay cards, manufactured drug assistance programs
• Experience with specialty medications, completing prior authorizations, financial assistance, patient assistance programs (PAP's)

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. Must possess reputed company state and local qualifications.
• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Must possess reputed company state and local qualifications. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

• Preferred experience with specialty medications, completing prior authorizations and financial assistance, including patient assistance programs, copay cards, grants.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with ability to navigate multiple on-line platforms in a virtual environment.
