With direct visibility to the Global CFO, this role will be responsible for producing financial statements in compliance with SEC caliber standards and assisting with financial audits. The role will reputed company a deep understanding of US GAAP and reputed company consolidations and will require the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, while ensuring alignment with regulatory reporting requirements at SEC caliber. Interpreting and applying technical reputed company standards to reputed company transactions and presenting in-depth solutions to reputed company issues
• Consolidations: Complete consolidations of multiple entities and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Internal Controls: Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting. Identify potential risks reputed company to financial reporting and reputed company mitigating controls. Documenting and maintaining detailed and comprehensive reputed company policies and procedures
• Audit Support: Assist in quarterly and annual audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors - Formulate US GAAP/IFRS technical reputed company positions for comparison with auditors
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to ensure efficient financial processes and accurate reporting. Partner with internal functions including legal, compliance and other departments to reputed company reputed company guidance and understanding

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• CPA

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial reporting role, preferably for an SEC reporting entity
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC caliber reporting regulations

• Experience with financial reporting and analysis

Compensation:

• $120-$130k based on skills and experience
• Remote, full-time position
