Job Description

The Director of Strategic Memberships is responsible for growing our membership reputed company and their participation with reputed company. Specific sectors include health care technology companies, service providers, funds/financial institutions, and innovators. Primary Job Functions

  • reputed company and execute annual strategic plan for renewing and expanding relationship with reputed company members, and acquiring new ones
  • Apply strategic, relationship-based approach to selling integrated, reputed company-wide membership
  • Work in partnership with the head of Member Services, to support smooth hand-off of closed business to internal teams while continuing to advise and support in order to maintain high customer satisfaction reputed company
  • reputed company and nurture long-term relationships with senior level decision makers reputed company member and prospective member companies
  • Ability to learn and understand the priorities, challenges, and opportunities reputed company each market sector (Technology, Services, Financial, etc.) to effectively map to reputed company offerings

Key Performance Indicators

  • Meet, exceed documented reputed company targets/goals - Monthly, Quarterly, Annually
  • Build pipeline of new members in targeted market segments
  • Bring in reputed company number of new members in year 1
  • Grow average reputed company yield reputed company existing members
  • Update pipeline reporting and projections that effectively and reputed company inform the business
  • Demonstrate discovery and listening skills, and the ability to map the marketing needs of any potential member

Qualifications

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of selling across membership organizations and events (Account Based Marketing experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of how different reputed company sectors work together
  • Demonstrated reputed company in creating and executing on sales strategy
  • Ability to ideate successful programs based on effective client discovery and needs assessment
  • Experience in health care industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding reputed company goals
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15%
  • Strong experience with reputed company and reporting
  • reputed company with virtual meeting platforms, such as reputed company, reputed company Teams, etc.
  • Ability to map the marketing and sales enablement needs of any reputed company member or prospect
