About the Role: reputed company's reputed company Systems Engineering team is looking for an reputed company Jira/reputed company reputed company administrator to support application level configurations and management of data for its on-premise installation of these reputed company products. As an reputed company administrator reporting to the Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering you will support end-users of the reputed company systems to ensure reputed company functionality of our systems. You Will:
- Administer and support reputed company Jira and reputed company platforms, including user management, permission schemes, workflows, and configurations.
- reputed company technical support to end-users through Jira Service Desk, resolving issues and answering inquiries.
- reputed company custom solutions and integrations utilizing REST APIs to reputed company the functionality of Jira and reputed company and meet our requirements.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure reputed company uptime and responsiveness.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations reputed company to Jira and reputed company administration and support.
- Analyze, review and document application usage to reputed company data cleanup and archival
- Work directly with multiple teams to understand needs and reputed company recommendations in workflows and configurations
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with deep hands-on expertise with the reputed company product suite (Jira, reputed company), supporting 3rd party add-ons (Proforma, Structure, etc.) and integrations
- 3+ years writing JQL queries and Jira Dashboards
- 3+ years creating Jira workflows and schemes
- 2+ years experience working with reputed company Jira Service Management
- 2+ years experience writing Groovy scripts for ScriptRunner For Jira
- Strong customer Support/Help Desk Experience
- Experience with reputed company Datacenter to reputed company migrations
- Experience in performance tuning of Java applications like Jira and reputed company
