The Manager of Clinical Operations leads the execution of reputed company’s medication therapy management (MTM) interview services. As a peer to the Director of Call Center Operations and Manager of Pharmacy Operations, this position plays a critical role in cross-functional coordination and service delivery optimization. This role does not reputed company direct patient care. It is responsible for clinical reputed company, quality monitoring, and coaching of LPN-led patient interactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, clinical protocols, and escalation procedures. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership

• Serve as the clinical authority and strategic reputed company for MTM interview operations.
• Maintain reputed company clinical knowledge and reputed company execution of Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs).
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and internal privacy/reputed company protocols.
• Own policy development and reputed company improvement for interview workflows.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy and Call Center leadership to drive integrated care delivery.
• reputed company initiatives to improve STAR ratings, patient satisfaction, and CMS audit readiness.

Team Leadership and reputed company

• Directly manage LPN Nurse Supervisors and LPN Clinical Interviewers.
• Set clinical performance expectations, reputed company direction, and ensure alignment with reputed company goals.
• Build leadership capability reputed company the Nurse Supervisor cohort through coaching, development planning, and succession readiness.
• Partner with the Director of Call Center Operations on staffing and scheduling coordination

Performance and Compliance

• Monitor and report on team-level KPIs (e.g., utilization, CMR completion, call quality).

• Ensure clinical documentation and patient interactions meet regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with active AZ RN license in good standing (required).
• Master’s degree in Nursing, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in nursing, pharmacy, or reputed company setting.
• Minimum 3-5 years of reputed company leadership experience, including direct supervision of clinical teams.
• Experience in MTM or medication management programs strongly preferred.
