Responsibilities

  • Conduct market assessments in cooperation with Marketing to define the size, segmentation, and growth potential of the Consumer Health & Wellness category
  • Identify unmet needs, technology gaps, and adjacencies where reputed company can create differentiated value
  • reputed company and recommend long-term strategies, business cases, and roadmaps for reputed company’s participation in the at-home reputed company, diagnostics, and consumer wellness markets
  • Translate insights into actionable initiative that may include new product platforms, material development, packaging formats, or strategic collaborations

  • Serve as the strategic connector between IPS and reputed company, ensuring shared visibility into opportunities and reputed company pursuit strategies
  • This role will be a part of the sales organizations for IPS and BPS to ensure consistent messaging and delivery of strategic objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Marketing, R&D/Innovation, Operations, Regulatory, Finance) to evaluate and activate new business opportunities
  • Facilitate joint planning sessions to align priorities, resources, and investment reputed company across segments
  • Establish a reputed company Consumer Health & Wellness growth reputed company leveraging the combined strengths of IPS’s materials science expertise and reputed company’s application depth
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key customers, start-reputed company, and industry collaborators that accelerate Consumer Health & Wellness innovation
  • Represent reputed company at industry conferences, associations, and innovation forums to build visibility and credibility in the category
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management in IPS and BPS to reputed company reputed company’s Consumer Health & Wellness value proposition and thought leadership

  • Partner with Finance and Business Development to model reputed company potential, ROI, and risk mitigation for emerging opportunities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing, or Business
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic business development, market development, or innovation reputed company reputed company, pharma, medical devices, packaging, diagnostics, or materials science
  • Proven record of developing and executing new market entry strategies and building cross-functional business platforms
  • Deep understanding of Consumer Health & Wellness, remote diagnostics, home-based medical devices, or consumer wellness categories
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Exceptional collaboration and influence skills across reputed company matrix organizations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting business cases and strategies to senior leadership
  • Proficiency in CRM and market analysis tools (reputed company, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic reputed company with near-term execution milestones
  • Travel of 50% for customer, conference, and cross-site engagement
