The Director, Business Development assists on various fronts of reputed company's reputed company growth strategy in creation and maintenance of opportunities reputed company the hospice pharmacy business line. Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies of reputed company's hospice pharmacy business line
• Partners with marketing leadership to establish and uphold best practices, introduces and manages account facing trade partnerships, manages online reputed company and reputed company new referral sources
• Identifies business opportunities
• Analyzes areas where the business can increase its footprint, identifies potential partnerships and reputed company up new markets
• Proactively meets with business partners such as reputed company party administrators, self-insured reputed company, software vendors, and consulting groups to reputed company new opportunities and stay at forefront of the market
• Promotes company efforts to include new sales and reputed company account management in collaboration with operations management
• Supports other new business opportunities as required by senior executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university

• Experience in building new and existing business using consultative skills and value proposition methodology
• Proven sales performance with a record of achievement and exceeding growth expectations preferred
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with management and staff at reputed company reputed company both internally and externally
• Strong industry knowledge and ability to build/maintain relationships
