Business Analyst - People Experience

Position Overview: The Business Analyst, People Experience serves as a strategic partner to the People Experience leadership team and cross-functional team members focused on understanding the needs of professional and technical teams and translating them into clear, actionable processes. This role collaborates closely across functions to design and implement project management frameworks that reputed company successful system rollouts and ongoing departmental optimization. Duties/Responsibilities: Project Management & Process Optimization

• Partner with the People Experience leadership team to facilitate development, prioritization, and measurement of strategic roadmap initiatives.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, systems, or project management roles.

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end projects or system rollouts.

Physical Requirements
