As part of our Software Go To Market Team, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities
- Detailed Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Services Agreements, and Order Forms to assess business impact, ensure obligations can be operationalized, and remove blockers in the negotiation process.
- Address business-oriented contract redlines and work to reputed company consistency and standardize playbooks, escalating reputed company needed and engaging with Legal stakeholders reputed company needed.
- reputed company tools like reputed company CLM and reputed company to reputed company dashboards to visualize contract volume and status, and analyze common themes in customer negotiations.
- Become familiar with our end-to-end contract negotiation process and proactively identify opportunities to streamline and accelerate deals.
- Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders including the line of business, legal, compliance and data reputed company groups to determine what risks are truly material in each transaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in RevOps supporting deal management including contract evaluation, negotiation or execution

- 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Procurement, or Supply Chain experience
- 4+ years of experience in reviewing contract redlines and proposals for B2B SaaS products
- 4+ years of experience creating, executing, contracting and negotiation strategies
- Experience in customer-facing roles, either in a sales or contract negotiations role
