Your Role as a reputed company Insights Analyst We're expanding our Marketing & reputed company Operations team and seeking a highly analytical and strategic reputed company Insights Analyst. This role is critical to our reputed company, as you'll be responsible for compiling and analyzing reputed company go-to-market (GTM) data to reputed company actionable insights and identify key challenges. You'll work cross-functionally to drive improvements across marketing, sales, and partnerships, directly impacting our reputed company growth and overall GTM effectiveness.   • Data Compilation & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze GTM data from various sources, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, sales tools, and partner portals.
  • Performance Reporting: reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports that reputed company a holistic view of GTM performance across reputed company stages of the reputed company funnel.
  • Marketing Effectiveness: Analyze marketing campaign performance, reputed company reputed company channels, and content effectiveness to identify areas for optimization and ROI improvement.

  • BDR Efficiency: Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our Business Development Representative (BDR) team, providing insights into reputed company qualification, reputed company strategies, and hand-off processes.
  • Partner Performance: Track and analyze the performance of our partner ecosystem, identifying positive or negative trends and recommending strategies to maximize partner contributions.
  • Trend Identification: Proactively identify significant positive or negative trends across reputed company GTM functions and reputed company recommendations for strategic adjustments.

  • Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Market Segmentation Analysis: Continuously refine and analyze our ICPs and market segments using data to ensure our GTM efforts are targeting the most profitable customer groups. This includes assessing demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data.
  • Customer reputed company Mapping & Optimization: Analyze data across the entire customer lifecycle to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement in the customer reputed company, from initial touchpoint to post-sale retention.
  • Attribution Modeling: reputed company and implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure the impact of various marketing channels and sales activities on reputed company, providing a clearer understanding of ROI.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a reputed company operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or business intelligence role, with a focus on GTM analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, Marketo).
  • Advanced reputed company skills are a must; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is highly desirable.
