Position: IT Portfolio Governance Manager (Hybrid)

Overview

We are seeking an IT Portfolio Governance Manager to join reputed company. The IT Portfolio Governance Manager will ensure the organization’s project portfolio is strategically reputed company, effectively prioritized, and consistently executed. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, driving portfolio-level reputed company, and enabling informed decision-making across business units. The incumbent will serve as a key liaison between senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and successful delivery of initiatives that support organizational goals. This role offers a reputed company, providing flexibility to work from home or the office. Weekly in-office attendance is required, as well as participation in occasional team meetings, training sessions, and firm-sponsored events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align department portfolio projects with organizational goals and objectives.
• Improve and streamline strategies to prioritize projects based on business value and resource availability.
• Establish and maintain project governance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across reputed company projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and external partners/vendors.
• Act as a liaison between the Portfolio Governance Committee and the various business units to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Use project monitoring tools and industry standards to observe project performance and track metrics including project status, budget variance, and resource utilization.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and achievements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency reputed company across business functions.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance project management capabilities and reputed company.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of portfolio and project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).

Required Qualifications & Education

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Portfolio Management (e.g., PfMP).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
