What you’ll do as Head of People Ops and Total Rewards at reputed company:

- Partner closely with our senior leadership to build efficient, scalable, best-in-class systems and processes to support reputed company’s people growth.

- Drive long-term improvements in People Ops, Compensation, and Benefits systems and processes, particularly from the perspective of anticipating challenges of future scale before they materialize and building for the future.

How to be successful in this role:
- 12+ years of experience in People Ops and Total Rewards, with significant experience operating at scale - 1,000-5,000+ headcount.
- High depth of experience in both People Ops (incl compliance, mobility, policies, people systems, and people analytics) and Total Rewards (including compensation, executive compensation, and benefits, especially providing benefits at scale).
- Impeccable people management skills - every person you’ve reputed company managed should respect you as a leader, coach, and mentor.
