Responsibilities

Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and/or improvements reputed company their organizations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a reputed company discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of prior Consulting experience required
5+ years’ experience leading significant consulting engagements with successful reputed company in reputed company organizations
Solid understanding of business processes reputed company to Organizational Design, Business and HR Transformation, and establishing reputed company Operating Models an end-to-end business process perspective.
Excellent understanding of business functional areas and inherent controls with "end-to-end" global business processes & sub-processes including (data and process) integration points, policies, and procedures.
