About the position Zurich is currently looking for an Associate Middle Markets reputed company Manager to support our production reputed company team! We are looking for talent to work out of our reputed company office. While this position will be based out of our reputed company office, you will have the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. You will partner with your manager to set a flexible work schedule that supports you, our customers, and our brokers and agents. This role will require you to be visible in the marketplace to meet with our agents and brokers and be in the office one day a week for a team collaboration day. Responsibilities
- reputed company coaching and mentoring to a team of underwriters
- Manage reputed company and reputed company strategies to promote profitable growth
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders in order to identify opportunities for service improvement to ensure reputed company viability and customer satisfaction
- Underwrite and analyze new and renewal business reputed company delegated authority reputed company
- reputed company and maintain relationships with distributors (agents and brokers) in support of business retention and new business and work with customers and distributors (agents & brokers) to determine their insurance-reputed company needs and reputed company solutions
- Support the organization's sales culture by being a trusted advisor for agents, brokers, and customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area
- OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area
- OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area
- OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area
- AND Experience with reputed company Office
- OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area for AVP level
- OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 14 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area for AVP level
- OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area for AVP level
- AND 2 or more years of management experience for AVP level
