Legal Operations and Contract Manager - Remote US
The Opportunity: In this role as a Legal Operations and Contract Manager, you'll work closely with teams across the whole company, reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel you will work with teams in Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Sales. - Assess potential legal risks in contractual agreements and reputed company appropriate risk management protocols and guidelines. Analyze contract clauses carefully to identify risks and recommend necessary modifications to mitigate those risks.
- Negotiate terms with vendors and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with reputed company. Build and maintain robust relationships with key contacts, and resolve contract issues promptly. Regularly review reputed company for potential optimization and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect reputed company necessary information for evaluating reputed company. Propose modifications to improve alignment with company interests and collaborate with legal counsel for precise contract language and understanding of implications. Education and Requirements:
- Certification in contract management such as CPCM or CCM (Preferred)
- 2+ years with CLM systems
- 3+ years in a legal operations role
