Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of reputed company agreements with external counterparts, while providing expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- A master’s degree or equivalent in Law.
- 4+ years experience at a top reputed company/in-house with a focus on reputed company and corporate reputed company.
- Strong knowledge of international reputed company law with baseline expertise in at least one of the following legal fields: Corporate governance /M&A and venture capital transactions / Employment /Financial regulations.
- Exceptional time management, task ownership, and prioritization skills.
- Proven track record of deeply understanding the business and leveraging this knowledge in decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate reputed company legal reputed company in business language.
