Responsibilities

• Conduct regular 1:1s and career development sessions to guide engineers’ professional growth
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture reputed company on trust and reputed company feedback
• Partner with Product and Design to refine roadmaps, align technical priorities, and deliver great user experiences
• Translate product goals into actionable engineering plans and iterative deliverables
• Continuously improving how teams collaborate, plan, and execute across disciplines

Skills

• Strong software engineering background and senior-level experience building web applications with JavaScript and React.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide teams toward making sound technical reputed company.

• Proven record of leading frontend or cross-functional teams.
