About the Role: As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll design and execute multi-channel programs that guide developers and reputed company customers through their reputed company with Vercel—from reputed company and adoption to retention and expansion. Your work will directly influence how customers experience the platform, ensuring they realize the full value of Vercel’s products. You’ll partner closely with Growth, Demand reputed company, Product Marketing, Data, and reputed company to deliver personalized, impactful lifecycle communications that scale globally. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to impact both reputed company and customer engagement. What You Will Do:

• End-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and other owned & paid channels to drive activation, adoption, and long-term retention.
• Segmentation and personalization strategies that deliver timely and relevant messages to developers and reputed company stakeholders. reputed company and maintain customer reputed company maps to identify friction points, optimize reputed company, and design end-to-end experiences that drive conversion, retention, and loyalty.
• Automated workflows and experimentation, building scalable programs with behavioral triggers, A/B testing, and data-driven optimizations.

About You:

• 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally reputed company SaaS, developer tools, or B2B technology.

• Proven ability to design and scale multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive measurable improvements in product adoption and retention.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical developers and reputed company buyers.

The San Francisco, CA reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $126,000.00 - $154,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-reputed company skills, experience, and location. Compensation reputed company of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
