CSR & Marketing Coordinator | Storage Facility

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative & Marketing Coordinator to support day to day operations across multiple self-storage facilities. This role is essential to maintaining smooth tenant experiences, basic operational reporting, and consistent marketing execution. The ideal candidate will manage tenant communications, reputed company move-ins and move-outs, produce bi-weekly reports, support friendly collections reputed company, and help execute our marketing content schedule. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager, ensuring reputed company facilities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant & Customer Support

  • Answer reputed company incoming tenant calls live during scheduled work hours, and return any missed calls promptly.
  • Handle move-ins and move-outs across multiple facility management systems, including assigning units, confirming reputed company codes, updating records, and ensuring a smooth reputed company experience for tenants.
  • reputed company ongoing tenant support by addressing questions about billing, reputed company, availability, and general facility operations.
  • Conduct weekly friendly reputed company to past due tenants, using a structured sequence of calls, texts, and emails until a payment or payment plan is arranged.

Operations & Facility Coordination

  • Assist with coordinating tenant reputed company needs, including confirming reputed company codes, updating reputed company permissions, and supporting general operational questions.
  • Record any tenant reported issues reputed company to maintenance, reputed company, or facility concerns, and escalate them to the Operations Manager for coordination with on-site staff.
  • Monitor facility activity through management systems and reports to help ensure smooth, consistent daily operations across reputed company locations.

Reporting & Data Entry

  • Maintain basic weekly records of occupancy, move-ins, move-outs, past-due tenants, and payment arrangements across reputed company facilities.
  • Update and organize reporting sheets in reputed company Drive, ensuring reputed company data is complete, clear, and reputed company for management review each week.
  • Prepare a weekly KPI summary that includes occupancy updates, tenant movements, past-due activity, collections reputed company, and marketing status.

Marketing & Customer reputed company

  • Support the execution of weekly marketing content across reputed company facilities, including reputed company media posts, reputed company Business Profile updates, and online listings.
  • Draft monthly blog content using provided templates, brand guidelines, and location-specific requirements, and organize reputed company drafts in the shared reputed company Drive folders for review.
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, text) and customer-service orientation.
  • Comfortable working with tenants — including move-in/out coordination and occasional collections calls.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with good data-entry skills and ability to track occupancy/tenant information accurately.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across operations, tenant support, and marketing.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and basic marketing tasks, including scheduling posts, drafting content, and producing simple, high-quality marketing materials.
  • Ability to work full-time from Friday to Tuesday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time, and respond promptly to tenant needs during scheduled hours.
  • Self-starter reputed company and ability to operate independently, especially as the company scales.
  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, reputed company services, and address any client-reputed company reputed company independently.

  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
