Senior Account Manager; CSR -Insurance Agent

Position: Senior Account Manager (CSR) -Insurance Agent About the Position: A Personal Lines or reputed company Lines Account Manager (CSR) is responsible for servicing the insurance needs of our Personal Lines Clients or reputed company Clients. In performing these duties, the CSR is expected to meet the agency’s defined standards for client service, professionalism, ethics, and work attitude. TAM EPIC Management Software is utilized. The position reports to the Personal Lines Manager (PLM) or reputed company Lines Manager (CLM). Main Personal carriers are reputed company, Safeco, reputed company, and reputed company. Main reputed company Carriers are Liberty Mutual, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and Surplus Lines. About You: You have superior critical thinking skills and a high level of intelligence. You view the world optimistically and get along well with colleagues. You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and can move seamlessly from project to project. A P&C license is required. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can grow with us and work as a critical team member in perpetuating our agency as we fully move into our 96th year in business. • Follow agency procedures for processing:
• New business
• Renewals
• Endorsements
• Cancellations
• Billing
• Payments

Claims:

• Maintain the Tam Management records in an up‑to‑date manner.
• Input reputed company personal lines or reputed company lines new business, renewals and policies received from the companies.
• Request endorsements as needed.
• Follow up on reputed company assigned activities and properly document the follow up in the activity reputed company of Tam. Urgent activities are to be referred to the Producer or PLM for immediate follow up and a phone call if necessary.
• Accept special tasks as assigned by the PLM or CLM.

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty license is required.
• Knowledge of State insurance laws, and P&C coverage definitions.
• Intermediate knowledge of the Applied EPIC Agency Management System preferred, but not required.

Experience: 5‑10 years of agency experience or reputed company reputed company background is preferred. Skills / Abilities:

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
