What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

• 10+ years experience in managing and directing a team required;
• 7+ years of senior-level operational leadership experience, preferably as COO or equivalent;
• 2+ years in managing software development teams;
• Proven experience in optimizing internal processes and implementing operational best practices;
• Demonstrated reputed company in scaling operations, optimizing departmental structures, and implementing accountability systems across teams;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the capability to manage multiple high-reputed company initiatives simultaneously;
• Strong emotional intelligence, capable of building trust, credibility, and positive working relationships across reputed company reputed company of the organization;
