[Remote] Community Manager (Contract/Shift Work)

They are seeking a Contract Community Assistant to manage community engagement for multiple brands, ensuring timely responses and authentic interactions across various reputed company media platforms.

Responsibilities

• You will support moderation during the holiday period, joining training sessions and preparing in advance to ensure seamless coverage and no gaps in community engagement.
• You will manage community management and moderation for multiple brands, maintaining 100% reply rates and responding to reputed company owned messages and comments reputed company 2 hours.
• You will monitor and interact across reputed company reputed company media channels in an authentic manner true to each brand and channel (predominantly reputed company, Instagram, X, Threads, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company)
