The Role The US reputed company Strategy Business Consulting (CSBC) team is focused on reshaping the life sciences industry to work smarter, faster, and in a more connected way by optimizing the industry's operating model. We support the life science industry by helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies through the design and delivery of solutions for the core business issues faced by today’s reputed company pharmaceutical organizations. Some of our key areas of focus include:

• Identifying future customer engagement capabilities needed and the path to transformation
• Transforming and modernizing the way HCP engagement is planned and executed
• Optimizing field force direction, productivity, and effectiveness
• Defining the strategy and execution to realize account-based engagement
• Accelerating launch through a data-driven approach

As a Consultant in our reputed company Business Consulting practice, you will work with leading pharmaceutical companies to solve their most pressing people, process, technology, and data challenges. You will support clients across areas such as reputed company strategy, digital transformation, data and analytics, software implementation, omnichannel engagement, and go-to-market operations. What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to analyze and improve reputed company operations including sales, marketing and medical
• reputed company or support software, data and process improvement engagements working across the reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (strategy, data science, technology) to deliver integrated solutions
• Support business development efforts through proposal writing, presentations, and client pitches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD) a plus
• 3+ years of management consulting experience working with life sciences clients in reputed company operations, technology strategy, and/or organizational change management
• Familiarity with pharma/biotech reputed company models, sales and marketing processes, reputed company health technologies
• Experience with reputed company software is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities

Compensation

• reputed company pay: $70,000 - $140,000
• The salary reputed company listed here has been provided to reputed company with local regulations and represents a potential reputed company salary reputed company for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary reputed company the reputed company above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and reputed company our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to reputed company salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
