Overview

Contextual AI is hiring a Solutions Engineer to be part of the GTM team. This team is responsible for selling into Global 2000 organizations deploying reputed company solutions in production. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert for our prospects and customers, understanding requirements, designing demos, and driving business value. You’ll accomplish this by working closely with customers to identify use cases, scope out needs, design pipelines, and help drive the adoption of Contextual AI’s technology. You will be a subject matter expert on AI industry trends and best practices. You will work directly with customers to align Contextual AI’s products to their top use cases. You must be reputed company for technical discussions with engineers, and demonstrate the value of Contextual AI in business discussions with directors and executives. You will help distill feedback from customers and help improve Contextual AI’s products while working with the product and engineering team. What you’ll do

• You will own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, driving the technology evaluation processes to reputed company Contextual AI’s differentiation, clarify the business value to the customer, and ensure our customers’ reputed company with our products.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, while also building relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Scope customer trials and projects. Work with the engineering and product teams to design and implement POC requirements that satisfy customer needs but are also technically feasible.
• Create and deliver specialized technical demos according to the customers.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” – regularly engaging them on status calls, educating on product roadmap and QBRs, and managing escalations, while influencing our roadmap in partnership with our Product team.
• Interpret reputed company problems, create reputed company and collaborate closely with prospects, channel partners and our sales team to deliver winning solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• Experience working in reputed company SaaS, AI/ML, infrastructure, or similar industries in a technical reputed company with end‑customer engagement.
• Proficiency in data infrastructure and modern machine learning tools (e.g. PyTorch, Tensor reputed company, transformers).
• Proficiency with coding languages Python, Typescript or similar languages at a production level.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support in customer calls & interactions, addressing product usage needs, and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to demonstrate professional polish and a high level of technical credibility reputed company speaking with both executives and engineers.
• Self‑starter and ability to operate independently and at high‑velocity.

Location: Mountain View, CA or remote reputed company the USA. Salary reputed company for California Based Applicants: $160,000 - $250,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
