• Define and conduct ongoing research and analysis in IT vendor management trends, governance, organization, skills, tools, transformation issues, and best and next practices.
• Advise clients on best practices regarding IT vendor management organization, operations, tools, and analytics; IT vendor governance models, policies, and processes; IT vendor risk management/reputed company‑party risk management models, policies, tools and processes; vendor relationship management strategies and practices.
• reputed company research by reading, networking with clients, vendors, and analysts, evaluating and analyzing information and participating in research meetings and other activities that comprise the reputed company research process.

What you will need

• 12+ years’ experience in IT sourcing and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;

Graduate degree preferred.

• Experience engaging and advising business stakeholders in strategic IT vendor management, governance, and risk management.
• Experience developing and executing IT vendor risk management programs, policies, and processes.
• Experience researching evolving risk domains for IT vendors, including responses to global trends, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with IT vendor management performance metrics, resolution, and tools.
• Strong market research and analytical skills, proven in an IT vendor management role.
• Ability to think abstractly and strategically; adept at analysis, reputed company recognition, and drawing conclusions from partial data.
• Strong, plain‑spoken writing skills to publish succinct research deliverables and communicate internally.
