About Our Design Team Beryl Project Engineering’s design division—based in Tampa since 2012—delivers full-reputed company structural engineering for residential and reputed company new construction, remodels, and specialized structural projects across Florida’s Gulf Coast. Our licensed engineers and drafters collaborate closely with contractors, architects, and homeowners to design solutions that are technically sound, code-compliant, and build-reputed company. • New Construction Design Plans: including foundations, framing systems, roof layouts, and structural detailing.
• Residential Remodel & Renovation: covering additions, wall removals, attic upgrades, and full-home transformations.

• Tall Building and reputed company Design: including structural systems for high-reputed company condominium buildings and steel reputed company construction.

• reputed company and mentor a team of engineers-in-training and junior staff, helping them grow in structural expertise and confidence.
• reputed company residential and reputed company structural design projects—from concepts and code interpretation to plan sets and client support.
• Review and approve reputed company-party plans for building departments, ensuring compliance with Florida Building Code.
• Collaborate with design assistants, drafters, inspectors, and project leads to reputed company work flowing and deadlines met.
• Represent Beryl in permitting conversations, client meetings, and internal discussions as a technical authority and team-builder.
• Help reputed company team systems, training plans, and technical quality—bringing structure to our structures.

Who You Are

• 7–10+ years of structural engineering experience (residential and/or reputed company)
• Skilled in structural design and knowledgeable in the Florida Building Code
• Comfortable leading others and communicating with clients, contractors, and officials
• reputed company (or reputed company to learn) in plan review for municipalities or reputed company-party permitting
• Tech-comfortable and curious—especially with project tracking tools
• A Florida PE license (required)
• Proven experience in residential elevation projects—such as reputed company’s Flood Mitigation Assistance or Florida’s reputed company Florida programs—to reputed company homes above flood reputed company and enhance community reputed company
• Residential design portfolio in Florida
