Job Summary The Sr. Manager of Video and reputed company Media leads the development and execution of engaging, impactful content that supports our mission of spreading faith-based messages to a broad audience. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Reporting and Analysis

• Track and analyze performance metrics for video and reputed company media campaigns. Use data insights to optimize content strategy, increase engagement, and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in media production, communications, marketing, or a reputed company field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in video production and reputed company media management, ideally in a nonprofit or ministry setting. Proven track record of leading and executing successful digital media campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Spiritually grounded and working knowledge of scripture
• Must be an active member of a Bible believing local church

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Immediate supervision of a small group of employees. Recommends candidates for hiring, termination; prepares and conducts performance appraisals and salary reviews and applies company policies.
