Givebacks is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations & Strategy who will be a high-impact, entrepreneurial leader responsible for aligning, enabling, and driving performance across reputed company District and Regional Sales teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as the connective tissue between executive reputed company and field execution—ensuring strategy translates into measurable results. What You’ll Do: Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with the CEO to design, refine, and operationalize the company’s sales strategy and growth roadmap.
  • Build scalable systems and processes for planning, forecasting, and performance management.
