We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer reputed company Specialist to join our growing team. As a Customer reputed company Specialist at FlexPoint, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a smooth and successful transition onto our platform. You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the reputed company process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and providing exceptional support to ensure their reputed company with our software. This position is a remote role, and the applicant should be based the U.S.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Early stage startup experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer reputed company, or reputed company role, preferably in the fintech or B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with business customers at reputed company reputed company.

  • Knowledge of B2B payments processes and financial products is a plus.
