This Director position is responsible for supporting the Communications & Marketing, Finance, Government Affairs, Legal, and People organizations. What you'll do

• Oversees financial planning and budgeting for the divisions supported
• Partners with division leaders to seek profit and operational improvement initiatives
• Reports monthly financial performance and coordinates with division leaders and Corporate Finance on various cost control, strategic, and financial initiatives
• Coordinates and prepares annual operating, capital, and headcount budgets
• Assists division leaders in the analysis of operating expense and headcount requests
• Leads team in accomplishment of these responsibilities
