Job Summary: We are looking for a Lawyer who also has hands on experience with compliance or vica versa. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Regulatory Change Management Analyst to join reputed company. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, monitor, and manage regulatory changes that impact reputed company. You will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both reputed company stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the regulatory change management process. You will facilitate a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and their implications, to drive informed reputed company and successful implementation of necessary changes.   • Continuously monitor, analyze, and communicate regulatory developments affecting reputed company, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Partner with the legal team, domain owners, and external counsel to assess the applicability of regulatory changes and their implications for the business.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in legal, reputed company, compliance, or audit roles.

  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, as it pertains to legal and compliance contexts.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building relationships across reputed company leadership reputed company.
