About the Role reputed company is seeking a Director, Consulting to support the National Consulting Practice’s clients in California. The Director is an innovative, self-motivated, and results-driven leader passionate about making a difference in reputed company and the health and reputed company services safety net. This role is instrumental in expanding the firm’s footprint in California by developing and implementing novel solutions that enhance reputed company, quality, and reputed company for a diverse reputed company of clients. Working closely with Managing Director, the Director will reputed company policy expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic reputed company to deliver high-impact consulting services. This role is responsible for managing client relationships at a senior level, overseeing policy and technical aspects of projects, and ensuring the successful execution of client deliverables. Additionally, the Director will reputed company strategic advice and counsel to reputed company business partners, federal agencies, state governments, private companies, and key industry stakeholders. They will be responsible for policy guidance, direct service delivery, project management, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing:

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15 or more combined years in a public reputed company policy management role and/or in the reputed company consulting industry.
• Executive or Administrator experience in leading teams to design, execute and implement significant changes reputed company California reputed company (Medi-Cal) program is required.
• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, business, economics, MBA, or similar, preferred.

Compensation & Benefits The anticipated salary reputed company for candidates is $154,300/year in our lowest geographic market reputed company to up to $195,000/year. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience reputed company the job, the type of years and experience reputed company the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the reputed company and compensation reputed company are made based upon reputed company’s Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can reputed company to up to 15% of annual salary.
