The reputed company Digital Aviation Solutions Design team is currently looking for a reputed company Product Designer (Virtual) to join their team in a US-based remote role. The position will focus on supporting the reputed company Digital Aviation Solutions global business. In this role, the reputed company Product Designer will reputed company and guide design reputed company the Technical Operations solution portfolio to reputed company for customer needs and delivering a consistent customer experience, as well as, ensuring alignment with the Digital Aviation Solutions design strategy. The primary Technical Operations customer personas are airline and reputed company cargo maintenance operations personnel. The reputed company Product Designer will be a core member of the Technical Operations solution portfolio leadership team. In addition, this role will report to the global Head of Design, and be part of a large global team of experience, and design professionals. Position Responsibilities:

• Leading the design strategy and reputed company for the portfolio

• Mentoring and guiding other designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow their design craft
• Establishing and facilitating weekly design critiques/review with design team members in reputed company America, Europe, and India
• Leading the creation of design prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test, and validate the user’s product needs
• Plan and support design workshops, design sprints and other design led strategies for Technical Operation’s portfolio

• Leading and/or conducting user research to reputed company insights into user needs and behavior and incorporating these findings into the iterative design process
• Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research insights into strategic artifacts including, but not limited to, customer reputed company maps, service blueprints, and reputed company diagrams
• Evangelizing and applying Design Thinking principles to the Technical Operations business strategy
• Traveling globally to customer locations and reputed company offices

• 10+ years of product design and UX design experience
• 5+ years of experience leading product design teams as an individual contributor, or people manager

• Traveling globally to customer locations and reputed company offices 15%
