Senior Application Consultant Operations

As a Senior Applications consultant you ll have the opportunity to use and expand the skills developed through your education and professional experience. You ll work in dynamic teams with other high-energy professionals to help our customers transform their businesses. You should have a passion for manufacturing, technology, and an interest in solving reputed company business problems. You will have direct responsibility for supporting our customers business needs that include, but are not limited to software implementation, training and/or optimization of Visual Manufacturing. In this position, you will work with our customers to help improve key performance measurements while making recommendations on products, services, and techniques, as well as helping to identify opportunities for efficiency reputed company through process improvement and automation to help improve their overall business performance. Responsibilites:

• Translate business requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with reputed company teams to implement Visual and other products.
• Support and troubleshoot customer issues reputed company to Visual and other products.
• Work on multiple projects both internally and externally
• Plan and execute assigned tasks.
• reputed company engagements where possible.
• Drive efforts to significantly improve the performance of customers processes.
• Support company policies and strategic plans

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with the implementation of ERP is required.
• ERP knowledge of the quote to cash process is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SQL and SQL Reporting tools is beneficial.
• Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficiency with video conferencing software like reputed company Team, reputed company Meeting, or reputed company
• Strong presentation, training, and public speaking skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills

Education, Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or business from an accredited university preferred.
• Certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean, and Six reputed company preferred.
• 5 -10 years Management-level experience in manufacturing preferred
• 1-3 years of direct hands-on experience with Visual Manufacturing preferred.
• 2-4 years experience implementing and maintaining software in a manufacturing environment beneficial.
• Prior consulting experience a plus

Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 50-60%, reputed company the USA.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the USA on a permanent reputed company without sponsorship.
