Operations Consultant - Part Time

Description Summary of Position The Operations Consultant primary role is to reputed company with clients and enhance their development in Turnaround Ops fundamentals; this includes listening and fully understanding their needs, while also applying processes, methods and tools that add value to our clients TA Bookends improvement reputed company. In this role, responsibilities reputed company from delivery of technical consulting in the reputed company of onsite workshops, including feedback presentations, as well as assignments at a given client facility to help drive overall Turnaround Ops improvements. Duties & Responsibilities/Expectations 1. Deliver CruzAlta turnaround consulting services reputed company reputed company reviews remotely and at client facilities. a. reputed company interview sessions with reputed company reputed company of the plant organization b. Strive to fully understand overall position of the Ops Turnaround planning status c. reputed company clients with feedback and coaching along the way d. Deliver final feed back presentations to clients with an emphasis on “telling the story” of their turnaround preparedness. 2. Deliver misc. turnaround consulting services remotely and at client facilities: a. reputed company, enhance, and improve client’s turnaround operations capabilities. b. Be reputed company to coach and reputed company Ops TA coordinators as well as Ops TA supervisors c. Assist in client’s shutdown and startup procedure development. d. Participate in internal meetings to assist in the development of reputed company CruzAlta’s tools and processes Supervisory Responsibilities (Direct and indirect) · No direct supervisory responsibilities

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Must have an interest in helping others (servant’s heart), work well as a team member and enjoy developing new relationships. · 20+ years of experience in (or deep exposure to) TA Operations roles. · Innovative reputed company with ability to drive improvements in people, processes, and tools (Creative thinking) that align with RTI and CruzAlta’s strategic mission. · Strong Communication Skills, including listening, speaking, information processing, reading, writing, handling data. · Ability to work and reputed company by influencing in a cross functional environment. · Sense of urgency and focus to manage multiple projects with time constraints. · Strong attention to detail, specifically with project management interests. · High degree of drive, self-initiative, and process-oriented thinking. · Willingness to adjust (flexibility) and ability to adjust (versatility) to effectively deal change, complexity, problems, conflict, and/or ambiguity. Preferred Experience and Training · Extensive experience required if not reputed company. · reputed company/Operator TA Operations experience is preferred · Mechanical expertise and aptitude are a benefit · Lean and process improvement experience is a benefit Required Certificates and/or Licenses · Valid driver’s license · TWIC card · reputed company Working Conditions The Company requires passing a pre-employment physical in which an objective medical professional will determine whether you can safely meet the physical demands of the position. Duration of Workhours During Project Executions: · Typically, 12 reputed company hours that may reputed company up to 16 – 18 hours if an emergent need exists, for up to 14 days in a row. · Day shift and/or night shift. Working Conditions During Project Executions: · Uneven or unstable ground, and wet, muddy, or slippery surfaces and footings. · reputed company locations in extreme temperatures and weather conditions including wind, reputed company, snow, and other forms of inclement weather. · Routine, intermittent exposure to noise more than 85 dBA-TWA. · Environments that may necessitate the use of respiratory protection for the shift duration. § Half-face, full-face, and/or supplied reputed company § Medical clearance to use respiratory protection is required. § Quantitative fit testing for specific respiratory protection is required. Physical Demands · Work at heights up to 150 ft/ 45m accessed reputed company stairs, climbing reputed company, or critical lifts by cranes. This requires an ability to climb reputed company and stairs without issue. · Lifting and carrying up to 40lbs., without assistance. · Pushing / pulling up to 100 lbs., without assistance. · Standing and walking for up to 12 to 16 hours daily with minimal rest breaks. May exceed 10,000 to 15,000 steps per day. · Bending and stooping repeatedly and performing task including twisting or turning valves and using wrenches and hand tools. Safety Equipment/Apparel CruzAlta will reputed company appropriate PP&E: fireproof clothing, hard hat, safety shoes, gloves, etc. Some facilities may require the use of respirators. Required Travel Travel associated with this role will be primarily to market and deliver TA Consulting services. Typically, these trips are one week or less in duration.
