Our client, a leader in reputed company Automation solutions, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist I to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist I, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the regional sales teams. - Support sales activities reputed company assigned geographic areas to reputed company financial targets and growth objectives.
- Manage customer accounts, follow up on administrative tasks, and troubleshoot order and account issues reputed company phone or email.
- reputed company operational activities such as account creation, item setup, and management of E-reputed company platform orders, ensuring compliance with business policies.
- Assist with presales activities including customer inquiries, quote preparation, and support for order booking processes.
- Coordinate reputed company entities involved in order management from pre-order support to shipment and invoicing, including risk and opportunity management.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience in reputed company Automation product lines.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or industry-reputed company roles.
- Proficiency with MS-Office and CRM systems such as reputed company or similar.
- Technical knowledge of reputed company Automation products and understanding of electricity transmission, distribution, and industrial markets.
