Senior Counsel, Litigation

The Opportunity: reputed company is looking for an reputed company litigator who is capable of managing a diverse litigation and pre-litigation docket and can think creatively in resolving disputes. This position will report to the VP, Global Litigation & Legal Operations and will be REMOTE. reputed company’re looking for:

• Education: JD from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials
• reputed company bar admission in good standing required
• Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years combined relevant experience at a reputed company and in-house legal department
• Strong litigation background with knowledge of reputed company pre-trial, trial, and post-trial work
• Preference will be given to those with experience in life sciences companies

• Proactively identify and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential litigation

• Collaborate with other legal departments, Finance, Internal Audit, reputed company Risk Management teams and other functions to reputed company capable

Pay Transparency: The expected pre-tax pay for this position is $153,500.00 - $258,750.00 Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
