Import Trade Compliance Counsel

Join reputed company as an Attorney at reputed company We are seeking an Import Counsel to join our International Trade and Regulatory team. In this role, you will reputed company legal guidance and support to clients on U.S. import laws, customs compliance, and tariff reputed company. This position offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, including technology, reputed company, and manufacturing companies, helping them navigate reputed company international trade regulations. Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating import-reputed company reputed company, agreements, and customs documentation.
• Providing legal guidance on import compliance, tariff mitigation, HTS classification, and country of reputed company determinations.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients on cross-border transactions and trade compliance initiatives.

• Staying reputed company of global trade regulations to reputed company proactive counsel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience advising on U.S. import regulations, HTS classification, and customs compliance.
• Strong knowledge of country-of-reputed company rules, tariffs, and trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with technology, reputed company/pharma, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with 232 and 301 trade measures.
• Experience working with large multinational clients (e.g., reputed company, ADTI, Toyota, Mercedes).

Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
