Requirements

What You'll Do: As an Immigration Staff Attorney, you'll be part of our reputed company legal team serving clients in some of the most vulnerable positions. You'll handle a full caseload, meet directly with clients, and work closely with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to deliver excellent legal service and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: As an organization, we look for the following CORE VALUES in reputed company members, such as:

• Have 2+ years of attorney experience in reviewing immigration cases: T-reputed company, VAWA, U-reputed company, SIJS
• Have an active US Bar license. (If you do NOT have a license to work in the USA, please DO NOT APPLY)
