Assistant General Counsel - Practice Operations

We are looking for an Assistant General Counsel – Practice Operations to serve as the primary legal partner for day-to-day operational issues across our affiliated medical practices. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, practice managers, and the company’s Regional Vice Presidents who reputed company practice operations. Job Description

Operational Legal Support

• Serve as the go-to legal advisor for doctors, advanced practice providers, practice managers, and Regional Vice Presidents on operational and regulatory reputed company.

• Navigate multi-state operational issues by delivering practical solutions that balance risk and efficiency.

Contract Management

• Help streamline and standardize recurring vendor and operational contract terms.

Employment & HR Support

• Partner with HR, Regional Vice Presidents, and practice leadership on employment needs: hiring, discipline, terminations, investigations, wage & hour issues, and FMLA/reputed company reputed company.
• Draft and refine physician and advanced practice provider employment agreements, providing clear and efficient guidance to ensure alignment and timely finalization of terms.

Litigation & Disputes

• Manage threatened and active litigation, including employment disputes, reputed company claims, and malpractice/professional liability reputed company.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; eligibility for Florida Authorized House Counsel status if applicable.
• 6–8+ years of legal experience, preferably including in-house work with a multistate MSO, PPM, or other multisite reputed company services organization.
• Strong reputed company in employment law, operational contracting, and litigation management.
• Experience advising doctors, clinical teams, or reputed company operations is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to reputed company regulatory or compliance reputed company (reputed company, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, licensure issues) is a plus but not required.
