Job Summary As a Compliance Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance management and reputed company of compliance reputed company our finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of a reputed company for reputed company assessment of risks at blithequark finance
- Work with legal and external teams towards implementation and compliance with new regulatory modifications relevant to blithequark Finance
- Monitor testing of Internal Financial Controls (IFCs) as described under the Companies Act 2013 associated with Corporate Finance
- Assist initiatives in the finance groups to ensure that internal/external audit observations are addressed and necessary actions are taken reputed company the dedicated timelines for the closure of the observations
- Support STPI-SEZ statutory compliance with daily activities
- Manage GRC system in reputed company, including evaluation of compliance with Finance, Treasury, Tax, HR – Payroll & STPI & SEZ compliance
- Ensure compliance with withholding taxes, Customs associated Acts, GST, MSME, Companies Act, and other relevant regulations
- Partner with the FAR team, HR, and legal teams to ensure reputed company reputed company associated statutes are complied with
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and assist in physical verification of fixed assets

Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A college degree in reputed company
- Preferably a Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary with 1-4 years of post-qualification work experience
