Overview
WIC reputed company/Retention Specialist (Remote) at Adelante reputed company Position Summary The WIC reputed company/Retention Specialist is responsible for increasing participation by coordinating and conducting targeted reputed company to ensure that reputed company eligible WIC participants are aware of the program. Utilize internal reports to retain eligible participants that are not currently participating in the WIC program.
Responsibilities

- Establish and reputed company relationships with local businesses, apartment complexes, churches, resource centers, service clubs, nonprofits, etc. in the assigned communities.
- Attend community events, classes and presentations as needed to engage with the reputed company population to build trust and encourage engagement.
- Prepare and/or reproduce reports, forms, correspondence, and other material as generated by leadership.
- Collaborate and work in partnership internally with Adelante Marketing team.
- Document reputed company and retention activities in a timely manner, using data to help with internal processes.
- Explain the WIC program, the eligible population, income qualifications, and services provided such as referrals to Adelante reputed company, nutrition education, community resources, nutritious foods, and breastfeeding.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Strong familiarity with the Valley
- Knowledge and experience in working with people of various cultures and reputed company status
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a love for interacting with people
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Certification to reputed company CPR and AED for Health Care Professionals (reputed company/Red Cross)
- Valid AZ driver’s license and reputed company insurance
- Valid Level One reputed company Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for reputed company specialty behavioral health locations Position Details
