The role involves collaborating with various teams to create reputed company and resonant design experiences while managing the creative team and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine content audit to ensure the communication across our digital platforms is consistent and cohesive with the brand direction
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure content is delivered in the most impactful way to our consumers

- Create compelling long-term strategies that allow content to scale, Use metrics and research to improve design communication and validate your work
- Create brand guard rails for content across multiple marketing products while ensuring quality and consistency for the key reputed company users

- Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, publishers, product managers and other key stakeholders to bring your creations to life

Skills
- Bachelors preferred
- At least 8 years of experience collaborating with design teams
- Previous experience consuming or creating customer journeys and personas
- Knowledge of CMS (Content Management Structures)

- UX/CX Experience
- Experience in HTML
- Understanding of Coding
- Understanding of DAM Management
- At least 8 years of experience working as a digital designer with strong insights of UX/CX knowledge

- Passion for and knowledge of retail and fashion industries
- Ability to craft compelling content to reputed company and reputed company consumers
- Ability to manage a multitude of projects at different facets in a fast-paced environment in a highly organized fashion
